[Recruitment] 2021 Local Korean language Teacher Training Course at King Sejong Institute Brussels
In order to meet the increasing demand for Korean language courses, the King Sejong Institute Brussels is holding a program to secure a staff of excellent local Korean teachers. We hope that that many who share the dream of becoming Korean language teachers will take part in this initiative.
ㅇEducational Institution: King Sejong Institute Brussels & Department of Korean Language and Culture, Wonkwang Digital University (Operation Support)
ㅇ Training period: October 2021 to December 2021
ㅇ Education target: Those selected in the participant recruitment screening
(about 10 people)
ㅇ Education Contents: Korean language teacher training program by King Sejong Institute (120 hours)
ㅇEducation Method: Online Lecture + Offline Practice*
* Offline practice may change to online practice depending on the COVID-19 situation.
ㅇSupport for Trainees: All courses are provided free of charge, travel expenses (lodging and meals) provided for face-to-face group training. A certificate of completion in the name of the successful participant will be issued by the Chairperson of the Foundation.
ㅇ Qualifications: A person who meets all of the following requirements
- Foreigners and overseas Koreans who do not speak Korean as their mother tongue (Korean nationals are not eligible to participate in this course.)
- Applicants who are able to participate in the entire course with level 3 or higher of the Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK) *
* TOPIK level 3 students are required to take the basic course during the program.
