Korean After School Clubs for Primary and Secondary Schools in the UK

Objectives

  • To encourage primary and secondary schools in the UK to select Korean as a second language, and to set up Korean classes as part of the regular curriculum or in after-school clubs
  • To enhance the understanding of Korea and give pupils better opportunities to prepare for their futures globally

Eligibility

Primary and secondary schools in the UK which have signed on agreement with the Korean Education Centre in the UK

Current Status

In 2021/22 academic year, 45 UK schools (19 primary schools and 26 secondary schools) have been successfully running Korean clubs with our support.
